A 152 km dirt bike loop from Chom Thong out to Mae Chaem and back — farm roads climbing 900 metres into the hills above Ob Luang, rice-paddy singletrack, a tree down across the track, red clay slick enough to put two of us on the ground, and a chain that quietly gave up. Five riders, three CRF300Ls and two CRF250Ls, August rain.
